Adam and the other coaches were awesome from the start, really welcoming and encouraging. This was a great environment for me to learn some of the basic movements with other beginners and gain confidence. Make no mistake, just because it is was like an introduction doesn’t mean it was easy. Every class got my heart pounding, reached muscles I never knew existed and challenged me both mentally and physically. I had absolutely no hesitation signing up for membership – I loved CrossFit! I have now been a member of this gym for a couple of months and my progression surprises me daily. The well thought out “WODs” and scaling push me to practice things I never thought I’d be able to and the workouts change all the time so I love it. The support and team spirit in the box everytime just topps it off.
